Our fresh organic produce is cold pressed and immediately bottled to ensure a 72 hour shelf life. Nothing processed, pasteurized or refined! No HPP (High Pressured pasteurization that extends the shelf life to more than 30 days)
Most juice bars use a conventional “centrifugal juicer,” a high-speed spinning blade that separates the juice from the pulp. This process creates a lot of friction, which in turn creates high heat, and oxidation, destroying vital nutrients and living enzymes.
At Rejuice, we use a Norwalk juicer. The tremendous pressure exerted by the Norwalk Hydraulic Press gently and completely extracts the natural fruit sugars, vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes, and other vital elements. All the while, minimal amounts of friction heat, or oxidation occur. The Cold Press makes for one vitamin packed, super juice!
We are not cutting corners - the process of cold pressing is labor intensive but it’s well worth it!
