Spring is here and it's time for a little spring cleaning! We have teamed up with @kgmtl and @girlslivingwell to provide you with a 3-day reset. This mimics how founder Katherine Garbarino eats day to day. Everything is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, plant based, follows fruit until noon & food combining principles that will give you a boost of energy & help with elimination and hopefully set you on the right path! ❤️

DAILY MENU:

  • 2 YELLOW SMOOTHIES:
    Mango Pineapple, Banana, Peaches & Sea Buckthorn Berries
  • 1 GLW GREEN JUICE:
    Celery, Cucumber, Romaine, Spinach, Kale, Parsley, Fennel, Apple, Lemon, Ginger, Turmeric
  • 1 COLD BUSTER SHOT:
    Ginger, Lemon, Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 GLW VITALITY SALADS:
    Mixed Greens, Radicchio, Carrots, Beets, Red & White Cabbage, Cucumber, Yellow & Red Pepper, Celery, Cherry Tomato, Radish, Parsley
  • 2 SIDES:
    Choice of Roasted Sweet Potato or Quinoa -- will send both by default or please specify preference in NOTES at checkout.
  • 2 GLW DRESSINGS: Olive Oil, ACV, Dijon Mustard, Garlic, Maple Syrup, Salt & Pepper 
  • 2 GLW VEGAN GF CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
    Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, Coconut Sugar, Coconut Oil, Flax Seed, Shredded Coconut, Chocolate Chips, Vanilla (and Baking Soda)
